CJC-1295 (No DAC), also known as Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 30-amino-acid analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It contains four strategic amino acid substitutions (D-Ala², Gln⁸, Ala¹⁵, Leu²⁷) that enhance enzymatic stability over native GHRH (1-29) / Sermorelin while retaining a short half-life of approximately 30 minutes. This pulsatile profile distinguishes it from CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex), which has an extended ~6-8 day half-life via albumin binding.
